Меня тоже интересует тема звука в траффике. Может, попробовать сравнить два варианта eng-файлов (звучащего и незвучащего в траффике). Например, 2М62У. Скачанный с сайта у меня упорно не звучит. А есть доработанный. Откуда скачивал - не помню.
