У, много ты пропустил. конечно стоит. Движок оптимизировали, производительность выше. Дизайн меню стал красивый, да и много другого. Я почти сразу играю с 2013, так что многого еще могу и не знать, что там поменялось.

Вообще-то я писал про Train Simulator 2013, ну который вышел в сентябре. Разработчики тут в блоге (или Фейсбуке) писали, что ожидается обновление, вроде хотели поправить какие-то фиксы, но что-то в Стиме смотрю, в новостях по обновлению - молчок.

Так выпустили же уже его, правда я особой разницы не заметил в работе сима TS2013. Вот что зменилось:

The update includes over 90 small additions, fixes and improvements to the software. It is not a particularly large update in memory terms - around 30MB.
Among the many change

• Fixes for problems loading the Asset / Blueprint editor for developers
• Fix for all identified causes of crashes, such as when minimised
• Fix for incorrectly limited steam boiler pressure, safety valves etc
• Diesel Brake gauges on the HUD are now working
• Fix for problems unzipping scenarios downloaded from workshop
• Fix to remove flashing effect when using some SSAA configurations
Improvements include:
• Improvements to reduce or eliminate audio stuttering
• Improvements to workshop screen layout and usability
• Removed limitation on max number of workshop scenarios

We have worked hard to ensure trouble-free update, but the following notes may be of help.
TS2013 update will update your existing version of Train Simulator 2013
If you are making content, make sure you have backed up before the upgrade starts. If you are not sure how to do this, read below.
Backup Assets and Content - All Users
If you're using Windows 64 bit and have Steam / Train Simulator installed in the default locations, back up the entire content of these folders to a safe place:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\railworks\Assets
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\railworks\Content
If you're using Windows 32 bit and have Steam / Train Simulator installed in the default locations, back up the entire content of these folders to a safe place:
C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\railworks\Assets
C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\railworks\Content
Backup Source Files - For Content Creators Only
Copy everything in your Source folder to a backup drive or directory for safe keeping.
If you are using 64 bit windows, you will find it here by default:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\railworks\Source
If you are using 32 bit windows, you will find it here by default:
C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\railworks\Source
