Also, this agreement is a binding contract between the end-user, including but not limited to: end-users or

but not limited to any respective directors or agents, later referred to as DEVELOPERS.

This 'addon' is distributed as Freeware. It is provided 'AS-IS' without any expressed or

1. In no event shall DEVELOPERS of this 'addon' be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use of,

the written permission of: RailroadSim team ADMINISTRATOR(S).

4. The USER has no right to delete or edit parameters 'kuid', 'author', 'organisation', 'contact-email', 'contact-website'
'license' in it and other files of this 'addon' without the written permission of: RailroadSim team ADMINISTRATOR(S)

5. Should the USER chose to not to agree by any reason, the USER must delete any and all files
of the 'addon' from the USER's storage media, including, but not limited to: Any hard disks, cd-rom disks,
and/or other media not mentioned here.

6. This 'addon' is for the USER's personal use only, and may not be sold or distributed in any way,
shape or form, or posted at any website without the oral or e-mailed
permission of: RailroadSim team ADMINISTRATOR(S).
