Can get it on your own...
Within some locomotive's ReadMe files you can meet a proper describtion in English. In basics - any locomotive requires also Sound and Cabview Packages ( gotta be downloaded separately ). Corresponding Sound & Cab files are indicated in any locomotive's ReadMe file ( if that's not a junk loco :rofl:)
As an example:
UZ (Ukrainian Railways) diesel locomotive 2TE10Ut-XXXX
Version 3.5

PUT PRESCRIBED MODEL DIESEL LOCOMOTIVE 2TE10Ut ON OTHER SITES WITHOUT PERMISSION OF AUTHORS AND ADMINISTRATION
