For change variant of sounds go to folder, in which MSTS was installed, next Trains\Trainset\tsrLoco_DispatchSound\0002\SMS and click to file tsrLoco_xxx-radio.bat for on your locomotive radio or tsrLoco_xxx-noradio.bat off it.
